What's the Best Book of Romans? Is It a 52 Week Series?

One of the passages i was most pleasantly surprised by was chapter five, verses one to 11. He's just finished in chapter seven illustrating what it looks like to be stuck in sin. And he asks, ok, but we're jesus people. How do we get out of sin? "By an actual, tangible, a historical, empirical experience that we've got of a relationship with jesus presence here with us"
