The system views these patients as problematic, troublesome, undesirable so there's the systemic stigmatization that gets internalized by the clinician. Most people are really relieved to finally have an answer that makes sense and their families are relieved toFinally have an answers that makes sense. A couple other tips that I would say is looking at how long the symptoms and the problems have been present when you ask people when do they start having difficulties in their life the earlier the problem started the more likely it is to be BPD.
