Is There a Substitute?

When you see an old captain come out of the wheelhouse and start hauling and working with the deck hands, it viscerally changes the attitude on the boat. I've never seen anything more compelling or persuasive in 20 years of dirty jobs and on deadly as catch too. My foreman are working foreman. Everyone in my foreman wear their tools. We can't charge enough to have non-working foreman. How do you expect to lead somebody and get people to do this very hard work? If you're not willing to get in there and do it yourself and get in there.
