There's an argument to be made that all it would do is create a whole bunch of unemployed Congolese whilst at the same time eliminating the world's main cobalt supply. Bosei Siyungkuba is a professor of natural resources mining environment at the centre of expertise on mining governance and the University of Bukavu.
