Leah Stokes: We are inexorably moving toward a world where clean hydrogen is part of the equation. She says that's how we're going to clean up heavy industry, aeroplanes and parts of agriculture sector for things like fertilizer. "Why not be optimistic? The EPA has just announced new rules for power plants to clean up their act. But to get to those lower limits, companies might have to switch to two largely untested technologies in the power sector: hydrogen production and carbon capture.
