A grand jury found that Frederick Fritz Kleiner and his cousin Susie Newsom were responsible for the murders of two Oldham County women closing a case that had stymied the police for more than 13 months. The ballistics test linked a bullet found, like we said, to a gun they sold at a gun to a gun dealer. Tom Lynch sues for part of the estate. Really? He shouldn't have to sue, right?
