"I think that being in working relationship with other people's needs gives us a greater understanding and we can kind of check ourselves against it," she says. "It's also an opportunity to notice, especially if you are the type of person who gives great care to other people's Needs" Not everyone cares what you need is not your fault or your problem necessarily, right? But again, somebody else not having the capacity to meet you in your need is not a referendum on your need itself.
