Wanting to please others around you is not a bad thing. It's good that it's in our fabric of our dand and a it's part of our bonds of wanting to look after and have group co ordination. A lot of people pleasing chronic, that it disrupts your life and ruins your opportunities and prevents you from self actualizing in this world. So yes, you can look after people, and you can be you can have the urge to want to be liked by people. But it has tobe a balance relationship. If it doesn't work for you, it don't work for everyone else. That's the challenge.
