Is There a Freedom of Choice in Arranged Marriages?

In an arranged marriage you have the freedom of choice, but it doesn't mean you'll actually be happier. This is why we always see cults popping up in times of social sort of unrest. There's a reason we're repeating cults from the sixties. And i've also heard friends of mine say a similar thing with having kids. It has to do with exactly what you said, that when the world is confusing and loud and you have so many choices, it's really nice to have someone who can give you this very clear, very concise purpose for life.
