Don't Perform a Thoricodomy

Thoricodomis are dangerous for you and the people around you. They can and should be performed safely, but they're higher for resuscitative thoracotome than pretty much any other procedure. Never start a thoricodomy without full p p e, which in my definition, is glasses, a mask, gown and double gloves.
