The national team is doing great things at the moment. Obviously with a lot of very able people in the background and progressing it on the provinces are in rude health too. Exciting times and it's really important for me to emphasise that's on the men's side of the game we've recently had the women's World Cup Haven't we a fantastic final New Zealand versus England where the English team just felt short of an incredible victory as your national team are world number one. Now this paper is entitled How to Coach but that's a bold start to a paper isn't it? How to how to coach a review of theoretical approaches for the development of a novel coach education framework.
