The Importance of Shame

i can't imagine something more shameful than a lot of what you went through with your husband and the stakes. I think generally, and maybe this is a making this two gendered, but i do think women feel judged for the decisions they make in their personal life. And i just need to look at the notes on my phone that i'm receiving from women. The co dependency, rit absolutely, the co dependency. It's a cultural,. it's a cultural relic. You know, you bring shame upon the family based on your actions.
