I'm right now, maybe the population is at its sweetest sweet point. I think it's about four workers to every one retiree in Ireland. The pension age is going to increase here. Do we want to create a society that rewards us from getting old? And at the same time penalizes people when they're young? So that's what it's part that we'll talk about.
