The Future of the FCO's Financial Promotions Rating
This year's business plan talked a lot about outcome measures and you know all of it all of these are all of its objectives being closely measured on. Number six running down to 13 number six is enabling consumers to help themselves that's not particularly interesting when you look at the detail which is mainly around improving the financial promotions rating. The biggest new thing I can see is that they're going to introduce new financial reporting requirements on 20,000 firms.
