The Five Principles of Yoga

All traditions talk about these five principles. Iswar, jiva, prakrati, kala and karma. The supreme controller, the individual soul, nature, time and action. And when the soul tries to establish a relationship with Iswar, that is known as yoga. But just like yoga creates an experience of chinta, the yoga creates the experience of tranquility and peace.
