How to Slow Down and Be Present
I was thinking about this earlier when we were talking about like running or other exercise being something that kind of ground us into the present. I feel like traveling definitely does help me feel more alive in a sense. We just get so used to the daily lifestyle. When you have like the same routine every day, it's easy for things to blend together. And then that in turn usually translates to time feeling like it's flowing by faster. So I guess one thing that you can try to do if you're having trouble slowing down time in a sense is to do something new in your routine.
