Our Hearts Are Restless Until They Rest in God
Dr. Klein was really struck when just when you reread that first paragraph on the first page of the confessions by that line our heart is unquiet often transit our hearts restless until it rests in you It's a beautiful line but I think often we don't go back and look at it in context and see what it means right because if God is great and worthy exceedingly worthy of praise and if our joy our fulfillment is found in praising him as do parts of his creationright then what is rest for us actually is praising God praises God in a way that's commensurate to who God is and who we are as his creatures.
