The Joy of the Lord Is Your Stronghold and Refuge

The mercy of god is found in the stronghold of reverential delight. God offers it everybody, without distinction, freely, without payment. But he does not offer it to joyless grieving or joyless weeping. He offers it to glad receiving. In this way, the strong old of mercy that god built becomes ours.
