Social Media and the Pursuit of Happiness

We're all aware that what we see oftentimes or all the time on social media is a curated version of somebody else's life. But it still triggers a very human response of comparing it to my own life or my own happiness. Keeping up with the Jones's has always been a thing. I think this goes both ways. We get overexposed to the extremely positive events and we get overex exposed to extremely negative events and points of view as well.
