There's the sub protein stap theory that suggests that your hunger levels are going to be significantly higher if you've lost muscle mass after ah. If you do lose it and then you get it back, what's, say, even in a month? Well, now that's two, three months of not gaining any new muscle. We we want to protect muscle because hunger's what hungers the deciding factory. You might be hunger for a day or fora but you're going to lose te hunger eventually. It's a war of attricion that you just can't win.
