I Love Prequels, but I Don't Like Them.

I have this kind of sense that basically if you like the original IP, I'm all in for the sequels and prequels. There's so much original stuff. In part, I think that's just the selection effect. So sequels get made if things were really successful and everything else you forget anyway. And so your sense is everything is a sequel now, but it's just your faulty memory that you don't remember all the things you didn't like and no one else liked.And what inspired you this summer? Were you inspired by anything?
