How to Balance Asking Good Questions With Offering Specific Advice

The first thing you have to do as a coach is kind of help people understand how to use you otherwise you're a great tool, but they don't know really how to engage with you. Every meeting that you have has tremendous influence on that individual and that individual can have a massive influence for better or worse. And so I don't really make decisions for people, but I will challenge them on decisions that I feel are out of sync with maybe what they've expressed to me that they want.
