The SEC filed 13 charges against Binance entities and founder CZ himself. Bitcoin dropped about 5%, Ether dropped about 4%, some of the tokens dropped up to 10%. But since the SEC dropped the news about Coinbase, things have recovered. The blue chips are almost back up to where they were.
