The Difference Between Emotion and Conviction
The difference between an opinion and a conviction is the amount of emotion that we tie to something. The more emotion that we have, more likely something is to be a conviction. And if some one challenges it, the emotion rises up right away. That can be a good thing or a bad thing. You always subvert it at saing against itself. If you're wrong, if that's a wrong opinion, and it's just because you attach some weird emotion, they're actually a great person who would benefit from your friendship.
