You can just text them and say, i was thinking about you to day, and i hope you're well, and that's it. "There are people in your career, past life, who also need the benefit of your information and ideas," he says. The goal for me is to train a lot of people to just do what i just described on a regular basis with people so that if you found yourself looking for work, suddenly, you wouldn't be reaching back out to those people for the first time
