The Growth Story of Helid Richardson

The company was set up by someone called helid, sorry, Helen Richardson. She is one of the most incredible people I've ever met. And she has stayed in the company and she's rolled over equity. The way that works now is we are both co, we're basically co-MD. So externally, depending on who I'm talking to, I'll be CEO and externally,. depending on who she's talking to, she'll be CEO as well. It works out really, really well. We had weekly calls almost from the second month of the transaction to discuss strategy. Now we're just thinking about implementing that.
