The Ramifications of a Disaster Zone

Dottie Hearn's daughter, Sonny Barcliff, was concerned about what these Oakville blobs were and she was wondering if they could be what was causing her mother's illness. Barcliff sent a sample of the blobs to the Washington Department of Health as well as the Department of Ecology. A doctor put the blobs under a microscope and a lab technician claimed to have seen human white blood cells. The blobs contained two types of bacteria that are generally considered harmless to humans but can cause infections in people who are immunocompromised.
