How to Scale Coaching

Every teacher should have a coach, and that strips away all these prejudices. You don't need to give five people who are coaching everyone time - they can't really teach. With the other way, you know, you can make it work around a normal school day. So again, I'm a big believer in peer coaching being the right structure. That said, if you want that to work, you need to put a ton of stuff in place.
