I would have Jesus, William James and Jack Derrida in the same room. I take the view that everybody operates with their own metaphysics or own private personal metaphors. We're much more interested in the philosophy of religion and religion as a construct through which we view how humans have operated in this world. And it's something about the contrast between the Jesus of the here and now in the Derrida of the roundabout process that your life and the nature of religious experience.
