The RNC couldn't have poll watchers for 40 years. The 2020 election cycle, the RNC could not do any poll watching or poll working. 2022 was the first election cycle where we could do this in 40 years. We're going to have to apply it state by state. But a lot of it's going to be our ground game. TV doesn't just turn out votes anymore. You need an army on the ground when you know there's 2,000 outstanding absentee ballots in this swing district that haven't been returned. That are most likely Republican voters and our biggest tool is going to be knocking those doors.
