When you're in your 20 my first, well, his second church, there were 600 people. So i had a staff of about four or five. This is when it's opening up to these specialty, programmatic ministries. Nobody ever given me a management principle in seminary. And so i had to go to the business world and take a lessons from secular organizations. You want men and women withat spirit, a sense of call. People know how to be loyal. I was not afraid to hire people that came right out of our church congregation.
