What Did We Do Wrong?

Life expectancy for the worst off outside london went down, actually. That's a terrible i don't blame those individuals. I blame the arrangements we made in society for the fact that things were getting worse for the worse off. When we used to things getting better for everybody, as they did through much of the twentieth century, and now it's gone into reverse. We want every one to have the opportunity to rise, but we also want the conditions for those who don't to be good conditions. Sir michael marmott, thank you very much indeed.
