Lewis is obsessed by Fermans and his wife absolutely hates them. The food system we've arrived at for getting our food makes it really easy to get a unhealthy, high-fat, high-sugar thing - but much harder and more expensive to get. Type 2 diabetes alone is going to cost more in the NHS to treat by 2035 than all cancers do today. And that vicious cycle between our appetite and the conversion and the sense of food companies needs to be broken.
