I think that's one of the most underutilized tools in nutrition is consistency, right? I mean, it's a sort of like removes the decision making process when it's very similar. Like if you let try to eliminate the processed stuff as much as possible and then I like to go towards, so that would be a caloric density. So I try to lean as much towards those things as possible.
