Do You Negotiate Your Salary?
There's many studies that show that 60% of women have never negotiated their salary. Another survey said that only 47% of women feel well compensated for the work they do. Do you feel surprised by those? No, not at all. I've done the poll on my Instagram as well and it's always been majority of women. And it makes me sad because I think it's more just a fear though.
