Fornet Zero Carbon Policy?
Having a ton omitted is not going to be the same as having a ton removed. And it increases the more c o two is emitted or removed. If there is a pulse of 100 gigtons of carbon omitted, that would be a kind of three % a symetry. You'd have to remove more than 100 to make balance. So what does that mean fornet zero policy? It means that we just can't say, here's one ton omitted, and here's one tons removed and they're equal because they're not equal.
