Introduction

Don Cupid is an emeritus Cambridge professor who was ordained as an Anglican priest. Now he's written Jesus and Philosophy in which he argues that the New Testament gives a misleading view of Jesus' philosophy. The real Jesus, according to Cupid, was a great moralist and a radical humanist. He believed morality came not from a set of rules set down by God but from humans themselves.
