The Negative New York Bias

I think it's a little bit of both to be quite honest because there are some really desirable office properties out there that, you know, people would kill to have the opportunity to go and work in. And then I think we're kind of in the sweet spot, like suburban office is an example. There's going to be this negative New York bias for the longest time. But as I mentioned before, if I came to you on September 14, 2001 with space available in Lower Manhattan, you would have laughed at me.
