The term capitulation is an interesting one, because that would suggest, obviosly, that people are surrendering. In a bear market, a true, true bear market, there's no place to hide. Yu can hide in cash, obviously. That's he easiest and simplest and safest place. But this is something entirely different,. especially with the amount of capital that's in the credit markets, the sovereign debt markets. It's just unbelievable amount of carnage weh've seen. The other thing that's been, in my opinion, the most reckless central bank o a policy was the negative interest rate of policies in asia and Europe.
