The Importance of Elders in the Church

The church was going through some major trials having to have an elder step down. The elders at Tom's church said there's a brother who we know, who has been faithful. And so they sent him there probably, I don't know, nine months ago now maybe. He and his family,. his wife and his daughter have been an incredible encouragement and blessing to my wife and he, to the church.
