It's really easy to get excited about something without giving ourselves the time to make it happen. Bigger changes are going to take more time. If you're spreading yourself thin by trying lots of new things, you're less likely to cement those new habits. We need to slow down on making everything happen at once and focus on making fewer, but more sustainable changes.
