The Average Effect Size of 350 Influencers

A lot of our debate is comparing what happens in schools with the negative when kids don't learn. It turns out 95% of things we do to kids enhances their achievements. So that's a pretty uninteresting question to look at what works compared to what doesn't work. And so I'm interested in those above and those below. What's the average? And then what's happening above and below?
