Is There a Risk of Cardiovascular Disease?

If you were getting 11% of your total calories from saturated fat, would that have a different effect on cardiovascular disease risk than someone who gets around 11% through red, made and butter? I think that's been directly shown. And one other caveat is that with the tropical oils, I haven't seen outcome data. There is data on the effect on the blood lipids. The suspicion right now would be that they would raise risks as they raise APOB. They raise LDL cholesterol, but pending that confirmation.
