The Global Dimming Paradox Is Already Playing Out

There's a lot of evidence that sulfate aerosols have declined significantly since 1970 when the Clean Air Act was first put in place. The EPA has reported that between 1970 and 2005, certain air pollutants dropped by 53% in the US. So now that we're experiencing global brightening, we're starting to see intense effects of climate change.
