The House of Lords Needs to Be a Checking Balance

Boris Johnson's debasement of the House of Lords sufficient grounds for reforming it, says Guy Falstar. The criteria needs to be that you've actually achieved something in business and not just because you're a big Tory donor. But let's be honest: We need a checking balance for the House of Commons more than we've ever done. And I think it applies today.
