The bay area is subject to a historic nogro, slow growth view. The way new york has adapted itself over over a hundred years is it built on very small spots parts of land. Skyscrapers are one there are other other scenarios. There had been a plan to scan as many of the world's books as possible and make them available on line. Do you think that will ever happen?

The son of an economist, Eric Schmidt eschewed his father’s profession, first studying architecture before settling on computer science and eventually earning a PhD. Now one of the most influential technology executives in the world, he still however credits his interest in network economies and platforms for a large part of his success.
