This type of exercise might look different than taking an hour long bike ride going for a 30 minute run. This is specifically to get through a crisis situation without doing something that might make the situation worse. And it works in a pretty similar way, which is paste breathing. It's another one that you can kind of take on the road. You can do it without anyone knowing that you're doing it as a distress tolerance skill.
