Introduction
Lionel Bart was a left-wing bohemian songwriter who lived in a communal house share. Shirley Eaton, the woman who has painted gold at the beginning of goldfinger and Mike Pratt were also featured. Barton Pratt had co-written most of the hits of Britain's first real rock and roll star, Tommy Steele. And then Bart had gone solo as a writer and hit like Living Doll for Cliff Richard.
