I placed an ad for a PeopleSoft practice leader. Within a few days, I got connected to a guy and he looked exceptional. Great guy. All he eats. And all he eats basically, you know, he gave him like a quarter million base salary and some upside, whatever. He was going to start in two weeks. Now Paul Yates calls me says, the client where I'm working is asking if my new employer will give me to them on a consulting basis,. So I said, Paul, what would they be paying?
