With this high inflation, I've thought a lot about bonds. Some traditional financial planners are still putting people in a traditional 6040 portfolio. It makes me wonder if that's really a sensible strategy. Bonds clearly aren't what they used to be since now we're in a lower interest rate environment with high inflation as well. So I think pensions are going to have big problems over the next decade.
